Type of data processed
The visit and consultation of the Site do not generally involve the collection and processing of personal data of the user except for navigation data and cookies as specified below.

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This data (such as domain names, IP addresses, operating system used, type of browser device used to connect) are not accompanied by any additional personal information and are used to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site, manage the control needs of the methods of use of the same or ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but that by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow to identify users. This data is used only for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.

By subscribing to the newsletter, personal data (email address) are obtained and used for the continuous sending of information for information and commercial purposes.

The collected data will not be transferred abroad (outside Italy).

The duration of the processing is limited to 5 years, but could be limited to a shorter period, with consequent destruction of the data, if the proposed profile does not meet the interest of the Data Controller.

To the extent relevant to the purposes of processing indicated, your data may be communicated to partners, consulting companies, private companies, appointed by the Data Controller. Your data will not be distributed in any way

 

Data transfer abroad (outside Italy)

This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. In particular with Google and Microsoft through Office365 services. By a judgment of 16 July 2020, the EU Court of Justice declared the Privacy Shield invalid. Pending a new regulation, the use of services involving transfers to the United States will be reduced to a minimum and never in the case of special data

 

 

Storage period

 The collected data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed and/ or until the end of the legal obligation if provided for; Data relating to marketing and profiling activities are stored no more than 24 months (renewable by communication to the customer).

Right pursuant to art. 17 of Reg. UE 2016/679  – right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’)

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the cancellation of the personal data concerning him without undue delay and the data controller has the obligation to delete personal data without undue delay, unless required by law, if one of the following reasons exists:
a) personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;

  1. b) the data subject revokes the consent on which the processing is based and if there is no other legal basis for the processing;
  2. c) the data subject opposes the processing and there is no overriding legitimate reason to proceed with the processing, or opposes the processing;
  3. d) personal data have been unlawfully processed;
  4. e) personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject;
  5. f) personal data have been collected in relation to the provision of information society services.

 

Right pursuant to art. 18 Right to restriction of processing

The data subject has the right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of processing where one of the following situations occurs:

  1. a) the data subject disputes the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data;
  2. b) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the deletion of personal data and instead requests that its use be restricted;
  3. c) although the data controller no longer needs it for the purposes of processing, the personal data are necessary for the data subject to ascertain, exercise or defend a right in court;
  4. d) the data subject has opposed the processing pursuant to Article 21, paragraph 1, EU Regulation 2016/679 pending the verification of the possible prevalence of the legitimate reasons of the data controller compared to those of the data subject.

 

Right under art.20 Right to data portability

The data subject has the right to receive in a structured format, of common use and readable by automatic device the personal data concerning him provided to a data controller and has the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance by the data controller. This activity could be at the expense of the person concerned.
