- Prepare the filling by mixing together béchamel, whole eggs, grated cheese, Asparagus Sauce – Salsiamo agli Asparagi and mortadella cut into cubes, salt and pepper to taste.
- Roll out the pastry in a cake pan and prick it with a fork.
- Place the prepared dough and bake for about 30 minutes in a ventilated oven at 180 ºC. Remove the quiche from the oven when the dough begins to brown.
